We offer complimentary* checking and cleaning your jewelry. No purchase necessary. Insurance companies recommend getting your pieces checked at least once every 6 months. *Polishing and heavily tarnished items may include a charge starting at $10.00.

Jewelry Cleaning

At ALLAN Jewelers, we provide a range of services that our customers find invaluable. While basic checking and cleaning are complimentary services, some pieces require more “TLC”. At ALLAN Jewelers, we can polish, clean, and restore your most loved pieces from $35.99.

Jewelry Repair

ALLAN Jewelers provides comprehensive jewelry repair and restoration services to maintain the beauty and integrity of each piece. Available services include ring sizing and repair, prong and crack repairs, stone resetting and replacement, soldering rings together, and rhodium plating, with 24-hour service offered for rings. Additionally, they provide expert chain repairs such as soldering breaks, reconnecting links, clasp replacement, and shortening. They also specialize in redesigns and custom creations utilizing CAD technology, as well as stone replacement. Estimates for all services are available upon request.

Watch Repair

Our watch experts are available on-site to clean your watch, replace batteries, and handle repairs when it works best for you. You can drop off your watch and pick it up later, or wait while we complete your repair. We are no longer servicing clock repairs.

Custom Design & Redesign

We offer custom design services at ALLAN Jewelers to help turn your ideas into reality. You are welcome to schedule a consultation or visit us at your convenience. Our expert gemologists, designers, and jewelers are ready to assist you in creating your unique piece.

Engraving

ALLAN Jewelers provides custom engraving to personalize your cherished items. We engrave necklaces, bracelets, watch backs, cups, cake knives, and more. For a unique keepsake, we can include handwritten messages or fingerprints.

Jewelry Appraisals

ALLAN Jewelers provides professional jewelry appraisals upon request for most pieces purchased from our store valued at $500 or more, at no charge. Please note that we are unable to appraise newly purchased items from other jewelry stores. Call us for pricing and additional information.
